Coffee cocktails – drinks for coffee lovers

This blog post contains advertisement

Need to kick things up a little ? I’m sure these coffee cocktails will do the trick.

Coffee cocktails is much more than the classic Irish coffee or espresso martini, which I think must be the most well known coffee cocktails, but they also are for a reason, its really deilicious cocktails.

I want to show that there is much more to sipping coffee in drinks than making the classics, and therefore I have made four drinks with coffee which shows you can go in many different directions using coffee to kick up your sips with a little caffeine.

If you like me, love a good coffee and also cocktails. Then I’m sure you’ll love these cocktails with the use of coffee.

Cheers & enjoy!

Zesty cocktails

This blog post contains advertisement

When studying the art of photography zest shot / zesty cocktails is a great lesson. I have lately developed my photography skills by capturing expressed citrus zest in my cocktail’s pictures. Citrus zest provides the pictures and the cocktails with extra flavour, smell and grace.

Here are my advices for your zesty cocktails – Plan your cocktail in advance, so you have time to buy fresh nonorganic citrus fruits. You need nonorganic, “firm” and not too ripe citrus fruits to get the best zest results. I normally buy organic citrus whenever it’s possible, but for zest shots these are not ideal.

Wash the citrus fruit, peel and express that lovely citrus zest.

Tiki cocktails

This blog post contains advertisement

I enjoy crafting Tiki cocktails with all kinds of flavour combinations, as they are vibrant, fresh and fruity. Tiki cocktails are often served over crushed ice, which makes them ice cold and refreshing.

I absolutely love to experiment with Tiki garnish. The term “less-is-more” should not be used whilst garnishing a tiki cocktail. Go wild, have fun and enjoy!

You can use all kinds of spirits for your Tiki cocktails, however Rum is obviously the most used base spirit. In this post, I will display some Tiki recipes with different spirits.

Glass straw

Many of my tiki cocktails are enjoyed with an eco friendly glass straw from Surfsidesips. I truly recommend this product, and by using (THIS LINK) you get 20% off at checkout.
