White lady and gin fizz – drinks using egg white

This blog post contains advertisement

White lady and gin fizz are delicious classic cocktails you should try if you haven’t, here I have made five modern variations that I think you will love.

White lady and gin fizz are both popular and well known IBA official cocktails. Both using egg whites, which sits on top of the cocktail like a silky smooth and fluffy cloud.

Tip! if you dont like egg whites in your cocktails, you can leave them out. Vegan ? substitute with alternate like aquafaba. I prefer to use egg whites from fresh organic eggs, but pasteurised egg whites works just as well.

Cheers & enjoy!

Blue cocktails are fun vibrant and eye catching. These funky and often fruity cocktails are a perfect way to get your summer blues started.

I love experimenting with the visuals, to make eye catching cocktails, and blue cocktails are some of my favorites. They always seem to draw peoples attention, make them curious and has a “wow” effect.

If you want to make mesmerizing blue cocktails, a good way to start is to aquire a bottle of curacao blue, this will turn your cocktail into a beautiful blue serve, and works perfectly well as a substitute for cointreau or orange liqueur in your tropical and fruity blue drinks, to make them sparkle like the deep blue salty sea water.

In this post I want to display two vibrant, fun and delicious blue cocktails I have made, which I served “slushed ice style”. Both are perfect cocktails to enjoy on the pation in the summer, or just when you want a ice cold, delicious and fruity sip. Try them out – you won’t regret it.

Do you have any favorite, funky, fun and fruity blue sips you want to share with me ? tell me about it in the comments below.

Cheers & enjoy !

Tiki cocktails

This blog post contains advertisement

I enjoy crafting Tiki cocktails with all kinds of flavour combinations, as they are vibrant, fresh and fruity. Tiki cocktails are often served over crushed ice, which makes them ice cold and refreshing.

I absolutely love to experiment with Tiki garnish. The term “less-is-more” should not be used whilst garnishing a tiki cocktail. Go wild, have fun and enjoy!

You can use all kinds of spirits for your Tiki cocktails, however Rum is obviously the most used base spirit. In this post, I will display some Tiki recipes with different spirits.

Many of my tiki cocktails are enjoyed with an eco friendly glass straw from Surfsidesips. I truly recommend this product, and by using (THIS LINK) you get 20% off at checkout.
